Frequently Asked Questions
What experience do I need to start?
You don’t need any prior sailing experience! Our programs are designed for beginners and will guide you step-by-step through the basics, no matter your starting point.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing, non-slip shoes, and a hat or sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. We’ll provide high end sailing life jackets, but feel free to bring your own if you have one.
How do I book a course?
You can easily book a course through our website or by contacting us directly. Just choose your program and preferred dates!
What if I can’t make a class?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in a future class or we can set up a private session to make up the missed class.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We closely monitor weather conditions and will reschedule if necessary for safety reasons. In the case of bad weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.
How many people will be in each class?
To ensure personalized attention, each class is limited to a small group. We keep our classes intimate, usually with a maximum of 3-4 students per instructor.
